GM or TM made the most sales ?
On Wednesday, General Motors reported global sales figures that put it in a dead heat with Toyota Motor for the title of world's largest automaker. Toyota reported global sales of 9.370 million ( with results rounded to the nearest thousand ). GM's global result of 9,369,524 vehicles sold or 9.370 million , if rounded to the nearest thousand.

Lower Gasoline price
Gasoline prices sank to a one-month low, after falling 5.1 cents over the last week to $3.02 a gallon amid worries about a weak economy, the government said Tuesday.

Ford' s2009 Model
Ford's 2009 Escape gas-electric hybrid shows improvements in power and performance. Ford reveal that overall fuel efficiency for the gasoline versions of the 2009 Escape and Mariner would increase by 1 mpg compared with the 2008 versions, which get between 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway depending on the engine configuration. Both the gasoline and hybrid versions of the Escape and Mariner will have a new 2.5-liter engine that will boost power 11% to 170 horsepower. The gasoline versions will also offer an optional 230-hp, 3.0-liter V6 engine with similar gains in fuel economy.
